   Score Bet IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
   a) DELAYS OR ERRORS IN GAMING RESULTING FROM TECHNICAL MALFUNCTIONS, ACTS OF GOD, OR FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS;
   b) ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Score Bet from any claim or action arising out of your use of the Services in breach of these Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

    These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Ontario, without giving effect to principles of conflict of law that might result in a different application.

12. BINDING EFFECT

    a) These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Score Bet.
    b) Your continued use of the Services after signing up for an account will be deemed acceptance of these terms and any changes thereto.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

    This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Score Bet regarding your access to, and use of, the Services.
